Caspar Williams - Life Coach UK Associate
London based Personal & Corporate Life Coach
Caspar Williams
I am currently approaching forty and live in central London with my wife Gina and son Rufus. Educated at Harrow School and subsequently extensively travelled world-wide, I've been coaching people for over 15 years in a career spanning restaurants, television and musical theatre. I have made a number of guest appearances on television and been an associate producer for a West End musical.
I now practice in Belgravia, central London, as a personal and professional development coach. My coaching style is non-directive and takes a long term view of life. Our good intentions can sometimes be overshadowed by unexplained desires or emotions that seemingly sabotage the very thing we desire most in life. The one-to-one coaching sessions provide a unique opportunity to help peel back the layers of conditioning that may stem back as far as childhood and discover the authentic person inside.
I see coaching as an opportunity for 'me' time - to step out of the fast lane, take a deep breath and start to take an objective view of what is working or not working in your life. I use a mixture of empathetic listening, reflective questioning and intuition to facilitate levels of self-awareness and self-acceptance that will empower your decion-making in all aspects of your life - to help integrate perceived good and bad parts of the self, including feelings of guilt and shame. In essence, to help bring about the changes you wish to make that are congruent with who you really are.
The effectiveness of the work with my clients is under-pinned by trust, confidentiality and a commitment to open and honest communication from both parties. For many it is the start of a new journey - a new way of relating to ourselves and to others which helps bring about real and sustainable changes in our lives.
