Adele Lim

I was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and have spent most of my life moving from one location to another, first with my family, and then later on, for work. As a youth, I always enjoyed experiencing new things, which led me to run national fundraising projects and write articles, amongst others. After tertiary studies, I worked in finance for a few years, before switching to learning and development.

As a research practitioner in the field of personal and organisational development, currently serving within the financial services arena, I now take individuals and their company through change and support their separate, yet interlinked, journeys toward realising their full potential.  I came to the UK in January 2006 when I had the opportunity to take on an international assignment. In a span of two years, I experienced significant and dramatic changes both personally and professionally. During that period of growth, I took time out to learn about what I am and discovered new ways of being. In my exploration of the various approaches to personal development, I was drawn to the Unitive approach to coaching as it helps each individual develop a deeper level of awareness.
